The Role

We’re looking for an Unreal Programmer to join our small but mighty team. You’ll help us build the next generation of immersive experiences—where real-time 3D graphics meet smart AI-powered avatars.

As part of a close-knit team, you won’t be stuck in a corner working on the same feature for months. You’ll touch every part of the creative process, from prototyping wild new features to polishing builds for public release. Your voice will matter. Your work will ship. And yes, you’ll definitely learn a ton.

Skills required:

·                   Solid experience with Unreal Engine 5

·                   Strong C++ skills (preferably in UE4/UE5 contexts)

·                   Familiarity with Unreal Project Launcher and build chains

Bonus skills:

·                   REST API concepts (GET, POST, PUT, async call-backs, etc.)

·                   Version control systems like Git, Perforce or SVN

·                   AI prompting and LLM integrations

·                   Mobile development (iOS / Android)
