    • For sales: these assistants can answer any questions about the products or services they’ve been trained on. They are very smart in the way they both assist users and push the most relevant products or services. Like a good knowledgeable sales person would do in a store. 

    • For customer support: assistants are trained on the processes and rules of the organization. Therefore they can answer any frequently asked questions and connect with the right people, trigger follow-up actions, point to a specific link or service whenever it is relevant.

  • For kiosks, our assistants can be deployed outdoor or indoor yet we recommend an environment that has access to wifi or high speed internet connection. Like for all kiosks, they work best with normal temperature and weather conditions.

    In addition to using Kiosks, indoor assistants can also use projectors and screens instead of kiosks.

  • For enterprise clients, we can develop in meeting avatar features such as matter experts, time keepers, note takers, … these assistants can be very helpful to avoid taking notes or having to summarize every meeting: they can do the heavy lifting for you 

  • We offer unlimited assistance for paid plans. Assistance can be done via slack and video calls according to your plan. 

  • You can create an english-speaking assistant for free with 500 questions included per months. Our paid plans include much more capacity, personalization and integration options. Their prices start at £99/month for the “Essential” plan, £499 for the “Pro” plan and for Enterprise plans, it depends on the level of complexity of the project.
